A pair of Fork Union Military Academy alumni will be playing on football’s biggest stage this Sunday as members of the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX against the Seattle Seahawks on February 8, 2026, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
Morgan Moses — Class of 2010
Veteran offensive lineman Morgan Moses continues a distinguished NFL career as a starting tackle for the Patriots. A third-round pick in the 2014 NFL Draft, Moses signed with New England as a free agent ahead of the 2025 season and has been a stalwart on the right side of the Patriots’ offensive line, starting all 17 regular-season games. His experience and leadership up front have been key in helping the Patriots reach the Super Bowl after a hard-fought AFC Championship win.
Moses played postgraduate football at Fork Union Military Academy under former head coach John Shuman before continuing his career at the University of Virginia.
Mack Hollins — Class of 2011
Wide receiver Mack Hollins has carved out a reliable role in the Patriots’ offense. After being signed in March 2025, Hollins finished the season with 46 catches for 550 yards and two touchdowns and was activated late in the postseason to contribute in the AFC Championship Game. The Super Bowl appearance marks his second career trip to the title game; Hollins previously played in Super Bowl LII with the Philadelphia Eagles. He enters the Super Bowl listed as questionable with an abdomen issue but is a veteran presence in New England’s receiving corps.
Hollins also played postgraduate football at Fork Union under Coach Shuman, following Moses by one year, and went on to play collegiately at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Together, Moses and Hollins highlight Fork Union Military Academy’s long-standing tradition of developing student-athletes who go on to compete and succeed at the highest levels of the game.
The Patriots will face the Seahawks on Sunday, February 8, with kickoff set for Super Bowl LX.
