Each year, the Academy offers a special weekend designed for parents to spend time with their cadet. Families will have the opportunity to visit campus and meet the faculty and staff, prior to attending the second parade of the school year. The extended weekend will go until Monday, October 23 at 7:00 PM.

Below is the schedule for Parent's Day.

Parent's Day | Friday, October 20, 2023

Following the Exam Day Schedule. The Final Exam for Term 1 will be from 7:45 AM to 11:30 AM.

• 7:45 AM to 12:15 PM | Cadets in Class/Exam Day/Lunch 
• 12:15 PM to 2:30 PM | Clean up and pack out for cadets
• 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM | Meet & Greet for Parents & Teachers in Dining Hall 
• 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM | Parent's Day Parade 
• 3:00 PM | Cadets Eligible to go on Leave

Notes to Consider:

Parents are invited to campus starting with the Meet & Greet at 1:00 PM.

Parent's Weekend Leave starts following the parade and ends on Monday, Oct. 23 at 7:00 PM. All cadets must return to campus before 7:00 PM on Monday.

As always, all Leave Requests need to be made in the Orah Parent Portal.
