Term 2 Exam Scheduled for Friday, Nov. 19

The Term 2 Exam will take place on Friday, Nov. 19 prior to Thanksgiving Break Leave. Below is the modified exam schedule. Please use the Orah Parent Portal App for all transportation needs and requests for the Thanksgiving Break Leave. Cadets are eligible to leave for Thanksgiving Break after their Term 3 Class at 12:30 PM.

Important Information on Thanksgiving Break Leave

Thanksgiving Break Leave begins after the Term 2 Exam/Term 3 Introduction on Friday, November 19 at 12:30 PM. All cadets need to have their travel arrangements set up in the Orah Parent Portal by Wednesday, November 17.

All cadets need to leave campus by 7:00 PM on Friday, November 19.

Thanksgiving Break Leave ends on Sunday, November 28 at 7:00 PM. All cadets need to be back on campus by 7:00 PM.

PG Football Players:

• For PG football players, check out is on Thursday, Nov. 18 after the Team Federation Game. Players will be able to leave around 2 PM. Parents, who are able to travel to campus, should arrive on campus at 10 AM for a parents meeting.

PG Basketball Players:

• The PG Basketball is scheduled to travel to New Haven, CT for the National Prep Showcase. Fork Union will play on Friday at 10:30 AM and Saturday at 9:00 AM. Players and parents should arrange travel through the Orah Parent Portal, please specify if your player will leave from the game site or once the team arrives back to campus Saturday. Jacobson Hall will be closed on Saturday.
