Ever carve a pumpkin for Halloween? It’s a mess…all that goo inside.

You must scoop it out, clean it up to get those eyes, nose, and smile on it. The pumpkin is transformed.

A carved pumpkin can remind us that God makes us a new creation when we accept Jesus, and we are redeemed of our sin. He cleans us and creates in us a new beginning.

Next time you carve a pumpkin… think about it.
