Fork Union Military Academy continues to open doors for its cadets’ futures through expanded college partnerships, announcing a new Direct Admission Agreement with the University of North Georgia (UNG).

The agreement provides qualified Fork Union seniors with a streamlined admission pathway to one of the nation’s six federally designated Senior Military Colleges. Known for its leadership development programs and strong academic offerings, UNG is a fitting partner for cadets seeking both higher education and continued growth in character, discipline, and service.

This new partnership brings Fork Union’s total number of Direct Admission Agreements to seven, including four with Senior Military Colleges and three with NCAA Division II and III institutions, including Chowan University, Ferrum College, and Mary Baldwin University.

“We’re proud to expand our network of direct admission partners to include the University of North Georgia,” said Mrs. Kelsey Hill, Director of College Placement & Academic Services. “Each of these partnerships provides our cadets with meaningful opportunities to pursue higher education in environments that share Fork Union’s commitment to leadership, discipline, and integrity.”

The College Placement Department continues to strengthen relationships with colleges and universities across the country, ensuring that Fork Union cadets have access to exceptional academic and leadership pathways after graduation.
