2023-2024 Pre-Season High School Swimming Program

This program is offered those who plan on competing in the upcoming winter high school swimming season. The sessions will include a balance of technique/skill improvement and overall conditioning. Sessions will be conducted by Coach Jon Larson, head swimming coach at FUMA.

Location: Fork Union Military Academy Estes Aquatic Center

Dates/Times: October 3-November 4 (15 sessions)

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7:00-8:30 PM
  • Saturday mornings: 9:00-10:30 AM

Eligibility: High school swimmers in grades 8 and up.

Cost: $185.00 per athlete.
