Additionally, if your Day Student will be absent due to illness, please email absent@fuma.org to notify the school.
Due to increased participation in the SAT on Saturday, May 3, there will be no Saturday classes held that day.
Please note that this remains a closed weekend in observance of Alumni Weekend. All cadets are required to be on campus on Sunday, May 4, for scheduled festivities, including the Alumni Day Parade.

Important: All boarding cadets must submit a Leave Request in Orah for their End-of-Year departure. To ensure proper accountability, please submit requests by Friday, April 18. Please select a random return date in Orah to be able to submit a request.

Workshop topics include: Human Physiology, Fuel Cell Cars, Propellants, Robotics, Cantilevers, Soldering Circuits, Fish Biodiversity, Water Chemistry, Meteorology, Egg Drop Engineering, and Data Analytics and more!

Chowan University, one of Fork Union’s Guaranteed Admission partner schools, is offering an exciting summer camp experience for rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Held from June 22–26, 2025, this camp allows high school students to immerse themselves in college life while exploring a specific academic area in depth.
