Friday, April 29-- The Uniform of the Day for Friday, April 29 will be the Class A/Parade Uniform. On Friday, the Board of Trustees will be in attendance and the Corps of Cadets will do a special formation in front of the board. This is also required to make sure all cadets have the proper uniform for the parade this Sunday. Below are all the requirements for the Class A/Parade Uniform:
Highly shined shoes
Black socks
Gray pants
Leather belt and buckle
White t-shirt
White long sleeve shirt
Black tie
Class A Coat
White cloth dress belt with gold buckle
White round hat
Sunday, May 1 -- Veterans Memorial & Alumni Parade -- This Sunday is the Alumni Veterans Memorial and the Alumni Parade. All day students are required to participate in both events. The Alumni Veterans Memorial begins at 10 AM. All day students need to report to campus no later than 9 AM in their DCUs. All day students are required to bring the Class A/Parade Uniform and all of the above items can be stored in their barracks room. The Alumni Day Parade begins at 1:30 PM at the Stadium Field.
Monday, May 2 -- National Decision Day -- Monday, May 2 is National Decision Day. All seniors are encouraged to wear their college t-shirt to represent their college destination. The Uniform of the Day for all seniors is their college t-shirt and their DCU bottoms, boots and cover.
Thursday, May 5 -- Fine Arts Festival -- Please join us at Pruett Lake on Thursday, May 5 for a fine arts festival starting at 7:00 PM.
Friday, May 6 -- Italy Trip Information Meeting in the Library -- Ms. Regina Delman will be holding an informational meeting for any cadet who is interested in going to Italy with Explorica Educational Tours in December of 2022. The meeting will be in the Guy E. Beatty Library at 11 AM on Friday, May 6. The meeting will be live streamed on Fork Union's YouTube Channel for any parent who cannot attend.

For the Friday Parades on May 6 & 13, day student cadets should wear their Class A/Parade Uniforms as the Uniform of the Day.
