The first Saturday in January 2023 is a Saturday Class day. On Saturday, January 7, class will start at 0900. All cadets, including Day Students, are required to attend class. Day Students will need to sign in by 0830 on Saturday. Below is the detailed class schedule:
Day Students are dismissed at 1215, but are welcome to eat lunch.
It's hard to believe it's time to start thinking about your cadet's graduation and the emotions when you see him walk across that stage and receive his diploma.
We want to make sure we have the correct name and spelling on his diploma, so we am asking you to please email Ms. Rhonda White before January 11, 2023 with the following information so that she can get the diploma ordered by the deadline. Please email Ms. White at the below information:

The Admissions Office will make re-enrollment contracts available on SchoolAdmin on Monday, January 2. All current cadets in grades 7th through 11th are eligible to return for the 2023-2024 academic year. We are encouraging all families to re-enroll early to receive a discount of $1,000. If you re-enroll before March 3, you will receive the $1,000 discount.
The deadline to re-enroll for the 2023-2024 academic year is April 30, 2023. If you re-enroll after April 30, there will be a late fee charged per month after the deadline.
Now that we are back from our Thanksgiving Break and entering December, we are approaching the financial aid season for the 2023-2024 academic year. We receive on average 550-600 new applications for admission each year. As these new applications from prospective students for the 2023-2024 academic year are beginning to roll in, we want to make sure that we do our very best to support our current families first. We are excited about our first holiday break trip to Virginia Beach starting this weekend! Fork Union is offering its second holiday break trip in March during Spring Break when they head to Disney World for the week. Below are the details:

Following a very successful Day of Giving on Founder's Day weekend, Fork Union Military Academy announced the start of the public phase of a fund-raising campaign, "125 for the 125th," in honor of the school's 125th anniversary, which will be observed the weekend of October 13-15, 2023.

Have you scheduled your cadet portraits? We are please to be able to recommend Kristin Firewicz Studios to our cadet families! Kristin is a professional photographer contracted by the Academy to take campus photos throughout the year and have been specializing in high school senior photography for 10 years. Kristin is local to Fork Union and has a studio on campus.
