On April 18, FUMA cadets took on the challenging 16.6-mile Bataan Death March Memorial Hike, a powerful tribute to the heroism and sacrifice of WWII service members. Each cadet carried a card bearing the name and story of a soldier who endured the historic Bataan Death March, connecting each step with personal meaning and respect.
We’re incredibly proud of all who completed this demanding march. Those who finished received the Bataan Death March Memorial Hike ribbon from CSM Sidwell, a well-deserved honor reflecting their perseverance, respect, and heart.

We are thrilled to announce that every single member of our senior class has been accepted to college! 🎉
The Class of 2026 has earned over 125 acceptances to two- and four-year colleges and universities across the nation. Even more impressive, they’ve been awarded a record-breaking $8,071,371 in scholarships 💰 through merit-based awards, ROTC scholarships, and service academy appointments.
This is the highest scholarship total recorded since 2020, and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work, leadership, and dedication. The future is bright for these cadets! ☀️ #forkunion
