On Saturday, September 14, Fork Union Military Academy will serve as the host site for Fluvanna County's Fork Union Day event. Day Students who wish to attend should wear the Class B uniform.
The Commandant’s Department kindly requests that parents refrain from using Instacart or any other grocery delivery service. Our campus is not designed to handle mobile deliveries, and they often result in a scavenger hunt for our TAC instructors.

The resource program is designed to provide additional structured, supervised time for cadets to work on their course materials. On top of remedial instruction or help understanding their course matter, the resource program can provide cadets with additional academic skills such as time management, study skills, and test prep skills. Cadets in resource will have the added benefit of an additional instructor who will be able to monitor their progress and keep them on track academically.
Cost: $1,500 for the year/$300 by term.

The registration deadline for postgraduates and seniors to take the SAT Test on campus on Saturday, October 5 is Friday, September 20 at 11:59 p.m. Seniors and postgraduates must register using their Collegeboard.org account. For more information, please contact Mrs. Kelsey Hill at hillk@fuma.org.
Yes, your cadet needs a calling card to use the barracks room phones. The cadets are able to purchase a calling card at the Quartermaster.

Parents Weekend is schedule for Friday, October 18-Saturday, October 19. Cadets are eligible to depart campus with their families on Saturday, October 19 following the first parade of the year!

It's time to schedule your cadet's portraits! We are pleased to be able to recommend Kristin Firewicz Studios to our cadet families. Kristin is a professional photographer contracted by the Academy to take campus photos throughout the year and has been specializing in high school senior photography for over 10 years. Kristin is local to Fork Union and has a studio on campus.
