PG Football Leave Weekend Updates

Dear Parents and Families, 

Thank you for reaching out regarding weekend leave. I’d like to share a few important updates and clarify our plans for this weekend, September 19–21.

While we will not have open leave due to our away game at Bridgewater College on Sunday, September 21, day passes will be permitted. For PG Football, I’ll be allowing day passes as we continue preparing for Sunday’s game. Players may leave campus after practice on Friday at 5:00 PM, and again after Saturday's practice, which should conclude by 2:00 PM. All players must return to campus no later than 9:00 PM each night.

Additional Updates:

• Parent’s Weekend (October 10–12): Due to our game in New York on Friday, October 10, PG Football players are excused from Parent’s Weekend events. Players may depart for a leave weekend following the game at Wagner College or when we return to campus. All players must return to campus by Sunday at 7:00 PM.
• Special Leave Weekend: Since our team cannot participate in this weekend’s leave, we have been granted a special leave weekend on October 24–26.

Please use the Orah Parent Portal to submit all day and leave requests. We kindly note that the Academy does not offer shuttle transportation for leave weekends.
