It’s an exciting time at Fork Union Military Academy as the Class of 2026 continues to receive their first college acceptances and scholarship awards! Our seniors worked hard through the Early Action and Early Decision deadlines of October 15 and November 1 and are now beginning to see their efforts pay off.

So far, the Class of 2026 has collectively earned $1,668,367 in merit scholarships, awarded based on their academic success in grades 9 through 11. They are also just shy of 50 total college acceptances to both four-year and two-year institutions, a remarkable accomplishment this early in the year.

  • Elijah Hunt: Liberty University, Reynolds Community College, Virginia Military Institute
  • Isaiah Kittrell: Wingate University
  • Andres Olalla-Casas: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, University of Hawaii at Manoa
  • Bryant Ray: Fayetteville Technical Community College
  • Ellis Roberts: Alabama A&M University
  • Brandon Scheel: University of Lynchburg, University of Mary Washington, Greensboro College
  • Jackson Sereno: University of Alabama and University of Lynchburg
  • Mason Simle: Tusculum University, Capital University
  • Kimari Sutton: Averett University
  • William Zeron: Houghton University
  • Taylor Williams: Successfully completed MEPS and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps

Congratulations to the senior class! They are working tirelessly to complete their college applications while maintaining their academic excellence. The next application deadline is November 15, followed by the Regular Decision deadline on January 1.
