Fork Union to Participate in the Presidential Inauguration Parade

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I sincerely hope you have enjoyed a wonderful Christmas and holiday season along with a happy new year. Your son or loved one will soon rejoin us here at Fork Union Military Academy, and we are looking forward to receiving them.

On that note, I am pleased to publicly acknowledge Fork Union Military Academy was selected to participate in the Presidential Inauguration Parade on 20 January 2025. We have been tentatively planning for this, but that effort is now being fully implemented. We will not be able to take the entire Corps of Cadets, but we will take as many as possible.

Thank you for all the support and well wishes we have received in conjunction with this initiative. It will culminate in a long day on 20 January in that we will go up to DC, go through the administrative processes, conduct the parade, and return all in the same day.

We will keep you informed of more details as they become available from the Presidential Parade and Planning Committee.
