Please allow five business days for your transcript requests to be processed. Please be aware that no documents will be issued until all accounts with the school are paid in full.
Notice: We cannot send an official transcript if your account has a outstanding balance.
There are two types of transcripts: official and unofficial.
Official transcripts are sealed with the official seal of Fork Union Military Academy, and are signed by the Academy's registrar or by an authorized individual.
-Official transcripts cannot be e-mailed to students, family members, or legal guardians. They can only be physically mailed to a student, family member, or legal guardian.
-Official transcripts can only be e-mailed, faxed, or physically mailed to a school, organization, or employer.
Unofficial transcripts are not sealed with the seal of Fork Union Military Academy, and are not signed by the Academy’s registrar or another individual.
-Unofficial transcripts can be e-mailed, physically mailed, or faxed to students, family members, legal guardians, or a school/organization/employer.
-Every cadet may receive one unofficial transcript free of charge.
Tips on transcripts:
-Most organizations only accept official transcripts.
-Unofficial transcripts are usually for the viewing pleasure of students, family members, or legal guardians
-All transcripts must be requested via the form below.
-Transcript requests must be approved through the business office prior to being fulfilled.
-Each transcript has a fee of five dollars.
Seniors and Postgraduates
-Senior Transcripts will be sent from a Cadet’s College and Career Councilor with no fee.
-Once a senior or postgraduate student is no longer enrolled, all transcript requests will be fulfilled through the Fork Union website by our Registrar, firstname.lastname@example.org
