Congratulations to Blake Sundel on his acceptance to Yale! Spending my last 7 years at FUMA, I never met a student so dedicated to his studies as Blake. It was a pleasure to work with him, and to coach him, and I know that he has earned this honor!

Our son, Wooten Zervos '09 recieved his acceptance letter to the Citadel yesterday morning in the mail!!! Thanks to FUMA for preparing him! Because he is at preseason FB we didn't get to actually tell him...so I fax'd the letter to Coach Sullivan and he told him this am! We are proud of him! Sallie Vee Zervos

Selected members of FUMA's Band are participating in the 32nd Annual Military School Band Festival at Valley Forge Military Academy and College this weekend.

A big thank you to Cadet Bolles for the great pictures on the web of the cadets! It is wonderful to get to see all the exciting events going on at FUMA, and all the smiling faces!

A big thank you to all the staff and faculty who worked so hard on Parents Weekend activities and set-up and ALL the behind-the-scenes efforts to make this weekend a smashing success! It was a great pleasure to talk to the teachers, current and past.
I think Mrs. Liles and Mrs. Melton should get a special award for wearing peanut costumes to raise funds for FUMA!
The spaghetti bar was so delicious - thanks Mr. McIlnay!
The Choir sang wonderfully, as always! Chief Patterson is quite adept at picking songs and keeping the program fresh!
