Summer Session Tuition & Fees
Tuition, Room & Board for July 2014:
United States Boarding Students: $4,100.00
Day Students: $2800.00 (must live within a 30 minute drive from the campus)
International Students: $4,200.00
$500.00 (included in tuition total)
International Students Reservation Fee: $1,000 (included in tuition total)
The reservation fee is due upon the student's acceptance to the summer session, and secures each student a place in the program. This amount is applied to the total charge. The balance of the tuition, room, and board fee is due during registration.
Approximate Allowances: $60.00
The Academy will accept deposits for student accounts and will issue a weekly allowance of $15 (or an amount indicated by parents.) Other financial arrangements may be made with the student; personal checks can be cashed in the business office.
Textbooks: no charge
A copy of the course text and any required workbooks are issued at no cost. Replacement copies will be charged to the student's school account.
Classroom Supplies: no charge
Each student will be given a notebook, paper, pens, and pencils on the first day of class. Additional supplies may be purchased at the Cadet Store.
Field Trips: no charge
Admission and transportation costs for school trips and events provided at no additional financial obligation to the parents.
Required Clothing Issued: no charge
Knit shirts with Academy logo and khaki shorts for classwear. Athletic apparel for afternoon activities.
Please note that students are enrolled for the entire summer school session.
The Academy reserves the right to adjust the availability of its course offerings according to interest and demand. Since the Academy must make financial commitments for the entire session, we cannot refund or reduce the tuition for absence, dismissal, or voluntary withdrawal unless it is due to protracted illness.
