Chapel message, 3/11/10

As we had our last chapel service before Spring Break, we looked at Proverbs 26:11 - "As a dog returns to his own vomit, so a fool repeats his folly" (NKJV). I reminded the cadets that we here at FUMA try to give them Godly instruction based on the teachings of Jesus Christ so that they might be able to make the right decisions in life. And when they find themselves on leave this coming week, they encounter temptations that have led them astray in the past. If this happens, I encouraged them simply to think of dog vomit and remember Solomon's lesson about repeating mistakes as they make their decisions.
