The Fork Union Military Academy Chess team has 3 returning members and one new recruit. Cadets Jesse Jacobson, Euncoo Chung, Jordan Corrie, and Kevin Yang make up the team. The first Meet will be at Moody School in Richmond on September 25th. The Chess Club meets every Wednesday night at 7:00 and is open to the Corps of Cadets throughout the year. Col. Chris Nothnagle has sponsored the Chess Club for 35 years at the Academy.
