Sudan brothers find a home at FUMA

Fork Union Military Academy and the "Lost Boys of the Sudan" make headlines again as the school prepares for another academic year. A recent article in the Fluvanna Review covers the story of The Lomong brothers, Peter (13) and and Alex (11). With the help of FUMA scholarships and the kindness of Coach Winston Brown and his wife Beth, these two young men have an educational opportunity they would have never dreamed of in their homeland of Sudan.
