Prior to his employment at FUMA, CPT Carter owned his own construction company. He also taught Health and Physical Education for two years in the local public middle school. He heads the Middle School football team and assists with Prep baseball at the Academy. CPT Carter lives in Kents Store with his wife, Bridgett, and their 6 children. His two sons are FUMA cadets.
