FUMA's Author, Bev Hanlin, Makes Headlines
Bev Hanlin spoke on November 7th to the Friends of the Fluvanna Library and her picture and an article appeared in the following week's issue of Fluvanna Review. She discussed her book, Little Lamb: A Christmas Story which was published last year before the Christmas holiday. Bev has appeared at a number of local book signings and continues to promote her book through local craft fairs and community events.
In the article by Bill Jones he reflects on Bev's book after she read it to the group.
"As we enter this season fraught with commercialism and materialism we should reflect on what truly matters-counting our blessings, sharing with others and striving to enhance the enduring dream of peace on earth and goodwill to all." This definitely summarizes the delightful children's book our own FUMA author has shared with us and with the world.
