PG football team scrimmages Ferrum
The postgraduate football team traveled south to Ferrum to face-off against a college team in their first scrimmage of the season. Coach Shuman went into the scrimmage with a few specific objectives, most of which were realized successfully. Coach Shuman reports that the team met most of his objectives for the first scrimmage, including impressing him with their ability to "check" plays or change the called play quickly when faced with an unexpected defensive alignment. FUMA will face the Central Canada National team in their first scheduled home game this coming Saturday.
