Athletic Awards for 2006-2007
On Tuesday, May 22, many cadets were recognized for their athletic achievements during the course of this year. The following is a list of those awards presented to cadets.

(This award is presented to the prep football player, student/athlete, who demonstrates the qualities of leadership, the importance of sportsmanship, the concern for teamwork, and exemplifies an attitude of willingness to improve his character as a student/athlete as an example for others to follow.)
The Forrest Lee Heil Award - Peter Pope
(This award was established in memory of Mr. Forrest Lee Heil, father of alumnus, Matthew Heil,'87, to be given annually to the senior prep football player who loves the sport, gives his all, but is not a "star.")
The Sullivan Award - Frank Walker (PFB) and Alexander Chace (VFB)
(This award is presented to the varsity and prep players who have demonstrated the qualities exemplified by Coach Micky Sullivan: always positive, fiercely persistent, dedicated students, charismatic communicators, and dedicated to their faith.)
