Mostrag is National Champ, FUMA DMR #2 in Nation
Congratulations to Coach Winston Brown and members of the indoor track team that traveled to the Nike Indoor National Track Championship last weekend.
Axel Mostrag won the 800 meter run, and in doing so, he posted the 7th fastest high school indoor time ever run in America - 1;51.63. The distance medley relay team comprised of Jamie Reichlen, Jeremy Haney, Chris Pride and Axel Mostrag placed 2nd in the nation - getting edged out by a mere .59 seconds with a time of 10:17.16.
Brian Zitterkopf placed 13th in the pentathlon in his first attempt at that event.
