Jr. Prep plays Benedictine
The FUMA Jr. Prep baseball team lost Friday April 28, 8 to 5 to a very solid Benedictine team. Andrew Stout went the full 7 innings in the defeat along with four strikeouts. The visiting Blue Devils struck first and held a 5 to 1 advantage through four innings, but a Cadet rally in the bottom half of the fifth inning saw the momentum shifting, as they went ahead 6 to 5 heading into the top half of the sixth inning. The Blue Devils were paced at the plate by a long double by Justin Fregeau and an RBI, two singles by John Malley, two singles by Andrew Stout, and singles by Bryn Barham, Josh Brown, and David Millhouse.
