Golf Finishes Winning Season
The golf team finished fifth in the Prep League this year. Spencer Percy shot a 74 on the first day and shot an 80 the second day, He played very well and was headed to the top of the scoreboard with a two stroke lead but had a problem on the 16th hole and dropped from the lead. Spencer had a great year and helped lead the team to a winning season. Matt Sullivan shot an 80 the first day and an 81 on day two. Matt was a much improved player this year. Ryan Gies shot an 83 on the first day and improved to an 81 on the second day. Max Heredia shot an 85 on the first day and 85 on the second day. Max a seventh grader did quite well against high school competition this year. Matt Berry shot a 97 on day one and improved to an 85 on the second day.
The low score was a 68 shot by Peter Wilson from Woodberry and the team championship was won by Collegiate.
