Prep Suffers Tough Loss to Trevor Knight and Company

On Tuesday, FUMA Prep Baseball suffered a tough loss to perennial state champions St. Anne's by a score of 9 to 2. FUMA's starting pitcher Mike Walker took his first loss of the year and is now 4-1. After dislocating his shoulder in the first inning, Hunter Fairchild slid back into first in an attempted pickoff, Coach Taddei popped it back in and they continued the game to have a total of seven put-outs. Fifteen of FUMA's twenty-one outs were strikeouts. Donnie Outlaw and Mike Walker had huge hits for FUMA. FUMA is now 5 and 4 on the season.
