Varsity BB takes Two on the Road

FUMA had a successful trip north over the weekend, overtaking the normally tough JV teams of Princeton University on Friday and The University of Pennsylvania Saturday. On Friday the PG's overcame the slowdown offense made famous by Princeton coach, Pete Carril. Final score: 45-41. On Saturday FUMA visited the legendary home of East Coast basketball, The Palestra in Philadelphia, prevailing over a good University of Pennsylvania team, 70-61. Prior to this weekend the two JV teams had lost only one game.

This weekend the Blue Devils will host Notre Dame Academy of Boston at 7:00 PM Friday and again at 2:00 PM on Saturday. FUMA will be counting on corps support in facing the top prep team on the East Coast.
