The Cadet Corps of Fork Union Military Academy honored our nation's veterans with a beautiful and dramatic ceremony November 11, 2004 on the campus in Fork Union, Virginia. As darkness fell, the entire corps formed up on Fraley Circle. The bugle sounded, the alumni cannon fired and the cadets began a solemn march to FUMA's Veterans Memorial on which are inscribed the names of FUMA alumni who gave their lives in the service and defense of our nation. LTG John Jackson, President of FUMA, presented the Veterans Day Address honoring those who served and remembering those who had fallen.
