Returning to Fuma

My son will be returning to Fuma for his sophmore year and I was wondering when we arrive on Thursday is he required to have his hair cut and be in full uniform? Will it be an all day process as it was when we first enrolled him? Looking forward to another great year at Fuma.

Returning Cadets
The check-in process is not that much different for returning cadets, still have to go through the business office, guidance, infirmary and room assignments. Returning cadets are not required to be in uniform or have hair cut – that can be done after check in. However, a number of returning cadets do come in full uniform with the required haircut. Please make sure that all paperwork is completed. Welcome back.

Returning to Fuma
I'm sure things have changed since I was enrolled, But I showed up with longer hair a beard and in civies. They made me shave, then get a haircut (barber was on site) and then as far as clothes, you were allowed to change into uniform some time in the afternoon.
