I was actually trying to connect with families for social events; I miss the relationships that our family built with other families when our son attended school locally. I thought it might be nice to hold events in the area to help everyone, the boys and the families get to know each other.

Hello Ellen: I would love to get together. I know what you mean about the get togethers from CC. Mike is at FUMA now attending officer training and I miss him already. Also, we had a nice group for car pools. I am checking to see who is still in need of car pools as most of our group is in or near Falls Church and would be great for get togethers. Just let me know how I can help.

We live in Burke, VA and are interested in a car pool.

We're in McLean in the immediate vicinity of McLean HS, just off Westmoreland Street. Matt and Alex are playing football together, so we are somewhat on the same mode on schedules and leaves. Please let us know what you have in mind for get-togethers, especially while we still have some good weather - early Fall. Then we can start planning Thanksgiving and Christmas - time's flying.
