Alumni weekend 2008

Here are some additional photographs because I have been asked to post more. I hope to have a nice selection on my web site in a month or two. The offering will include photographs from the Chapel rededication, Alumni dinner and the Parade.

I will eventually select a group of photographs to be on my website as both a tribute to my alma mater and a remembrance of my 30th class reunion. I am quite sure that my classmates will be both sad and elated that I did not capture them for posterity as my lens was focused elsewhere during my visit. I visited with Captain Dan Thompson after the parade on Sunday and in addition to enjoying a conversation of our friendship, he downloaded nearly 2,000 images.
What I gave may be used over some time for the web site, in publications and for other Academy needs such as posters or brochures, with my blessing.
What will appear on my web site (and it may be a month or two) will be selected images, cropped to my liking and offered as a lasting memory to my visit, which I must say was quite good and included many highlights...too numerous to mention here.
But, rest assured if I met you or your son, if you were an Alumnus, a faculty officer with whom I spoke, an administrator, a teacher or a visitor - you were the highlights of my visit.
