Information Technology Support Staff
FUMA has an opening in Perkins Technology for an Information Technology Support Staff. This person will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the Upper School BYOD laptop initiative. This position requires excellent customer service skills, dealing with students, their parents, and the school’s staff and faculty. Candidates should have entry level troubleshooting experience and should be ready for onsite training. It is recommended that the candidate have at least a 2-year degree in a Computer related field or equivalent experience. This position will be 10 months per year, working August 1-May 31.
Associate Director of Alumni Affairs
FUMA has an immediate opening in Development for an Associate Director of Alumni Affairs. This person will be responsible for the planning and implementation of programs and projects that strategically engage the Academy’s alumni in strengthening philanthropic and social programs that provide tangible benefits to the Academy, its alumni and current students. This position will require travel and weekends. Candidates should have strong writing, planning and organizational skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in alumni relations and external affairs and a minimum of Bachelor’s degree. An alumnus is preferred, but not required.
Upper School Spanish Teacher
Successful candidates will hold a BS from an accredited college or university, and possess content knowledge in environmental core area of study. This position requires supervisory duties outside the classroom which may be filled through coaching or sponsoring other activities as assigned. Though not required for consideration, preference will be given to candidates possessing teacher licensure and classroom experience
FUMA is currently seeking a full-time, 12 month position housekeeper. Must have valid driver’s license.
FUMA is seeking a maintenance worker with basic plumbing and carpentry experience. Must have valid driver’s license and be able to work overtime as needed. The position will be a full-time, 12 month position.
